These Terms govern your use of the MyLayoutLab website and your purchase of our digital products. By creating an account or placing an order, you accept them.

In these Terms, "MyLayoutLab", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Tentix EOOD, operating under the trading name MyLayoutLab; "you" refers to the person using the site or buying from us.

About MyLayoutLab

MyLayoutLab is an online store operated by Tentix EOOD. Tentix EOOD owns, or has obtained the necessary rights and licences to distribute, each Product offered through MyLayoutLab. Product pages will identify any third-party components subject to separate licence terms. We are the sole operator and seller; MyLayoutLab is not a marketplace and carries no third-party sellers. Everything we sell is delivered as a digital download, so nothing is shipped.

Definitions

• MyLayoutLab, we, us, our: Tentix EOOD, operating under the trading name MyLayoutLab.
• You, User: anyone who uses the site or makes a purchase.
• Account: the personal account you create to buy and access products.
• Product: any digital item we offer, such as a web template, a CMS theme, a presentation deck or a graphic asset.
• Order: a purchase of one or more products.
• These Terms: this document, together with our Privacy & Cookies Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of it.

Eligibility and your account

A MyLayoutLab account is required to buy and download products. Registration asks for your name, email address, a password, and your date of birth; we use your date of birth to confirm that you meet our minimum age. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract.

Keep your details accurate and current, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Each person may hold one account. We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe its information is false, that it is being shared or misused, or that it is being used in breach of these Terms or the law.

Purchasing and payment

To place an order, add products to your basket and complete checkout. Payment transactions are processed by authorised third-party payment service providers, and we do not store your complete payment card information. Your order is confirmed once payment has been authorised and completed, and the product then appears in your account. Your billing statement may display UG*Tentix359881537577 instead of the name MyLayoutLab. If you do not recognise a charge from us, please contact us at support@mylayoutlab.com before raising it with your bank. We may confirm order and account details electronically.

Pricing

Prices appear on each product page and in your basket, and are set in the currency shown at checkout. Each product is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no fees on top of the listed price. Where applicable, VAT is calculated and displayed before completion of purchase, in accordance with applicable law.

From time to time, we may offer discount codes or promotional coupons. These are subject to any conditions stated when the code is issued, cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated, and do not apply to products already offered at a discounted Special Offer price.

Downloads and access

Once payment is confirmed, the product becomes available through your account and may be downloaded while your account and the product remain available, subject to these Terms. We may send account or service messages where appropriate.

Freezing an inactive account does not permanently affect access to previously purchased products. Users may reactivate their account and restore access by contacting Customer Support. 

Licensing and permitted use

Every Product includes one standard licence. There is nothing to select at checkout, and we do not offer separate personal, commercial or extended licence tiers.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, MyLayoutLab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to access, download and use the purchased Product solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes.

You may not use a Product for commercial or client projects or resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or otherwise provide the Product files, whether original or modified, alone, in a bundle, through another platform or as a standalone product or template. You may not claim or present a Product, or an altered version of it, as a Product created or owned by you.

Purchasing a Product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property ownership. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms remain with MyLayoutLab and, where applicable, its licensors. The licence ends if you materially breach these Terms and, where the breach can be remedied, fail to remedy it after receiving reasonable notice.

Updates and product changes

When we release an update to a product you own, you can download the current version from your account at no extra cost, for as long as we offer that product. We may add, change, or withdraw products over time.

For help, write to support@mylayoutlab.com; we aim to respond within a reasonable time. Before buying, please check the product description, features, and requirements, and ask us if anything is unclear.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In outline: you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection law, and we assess each request on its facts. Some cases do not qualify, such as a change of mind after downloading, or a product that works as described but does not fit an unsupported setup. The Refund Policy sets out the detail.

Where you request immediate access to digital content, we will ask you at checkout to expressly consent to supply beginning immediately and to acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access or downloading begins. This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming. 

Intellectual property

MyLayoutLab, the MyLayoutLab name and logo, and the content and design of the site belong to Tentix EOOD. Tentix EOOD holds the rights necessary to offer each product for sale on MyLayoutLab, and each product is licensed to you under section 7; buying a product does not transfer ownership to you. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners, and we claim no affiliation with them unless stated.

Your responsibilities and prohibited use

Use the site lawfully. You must not attempt to breach, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems, or other users' accounts; scrape or systematically collect site content to build a competing catalogue or database; run automation that degrades the site's performance; or use the site or our products unlawfully or in a way that infringes others' rights.

Where you breach these Terms, we may issue a warning, remove content, or suspend or close your account, and we cooperate with the authorities where required to do so.

Limitation of liability

Products are supplied in accordance with their descriptions and stated compatibility requirements. We do not guarantee compatibility with software, plugins, hosting environments, browsers, devices or future releases that are not expressly listed as supported. This does not affect mandatory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming digital content. 

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or our products. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including failures of the internet, hosting, or telecommunications, power outages, strikes, civil unrest, fire, flood, storm, or government action.

Inactive accounts

We may freeze an account that has gone unused for a long period, for example 18 months, for security and account protection reasons. A frozen account can be reactivated by contacting support.

Guest checkout

Guest checkout, meaning purchases made without signing in, is not currently available. We may introduce it in the future, and if so, additional terms will apply and will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always on this page. Revisions do not affect orders already placed.

Governing law and disputes

We abide by the laws of Bulgaria. These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bulgaria, without limiting the mandatory consumer-protection rights applicable in the country where you live.

Send legal notices to Tentix EOOD, 49A Bulgaria Blvd., floor 3, office 22, Sofia 1404, Triaditsa District, Bulgaria. We may communicate with you electronically, and you accept that electronic communication satisfies any legal requirement for writing, except where the law provides otherwise.

General provisions

These Terms, with our Privacy & Cookies Policy and Refund Policy, form the whole agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site and our products. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder stands. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another company. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. Headings are for convenience only.
